Customer Responsibilities

Liability & Indemnification

In no circumstance shall RCpeptides be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether arising from contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RCpeptides from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities arising from their handling, possession, or use of the products.

Regulatory Compliance

Products may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. The purchaser is responsible for verifying approval under TSCA or other relevant regulations.

Purchasers must verify hazards, conduct safety research, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, such as ensuring materials are not adulterated or misbranded.

Handling & Returns

All products are to be handled exclusively by qualified and properly trained research or laboratory professionals.

Returns are accepted for eligible products in line with our Return Policy. Items must remain new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless damaged, incorrect, or missing.
