Returns & Refunds Policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through RCpeptides.to for orders in the Netherlands.

RCpeptides is operated by RC Fairtrade B.V. (KVK: 42155703, VAT: NL869959682B01).
All products sold are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or veterinary use.

Return Period & Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Returned products must remain new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that are used, opened, damaged by the customer, or not in new condition are non-returnable.

Return Method & Fees

Returns are accepted by mail. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label.

Do not send products back without contacting us first and receiving written instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products that meet the standard return conditions.

We do not charge a restocking fee. After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 30 days.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order has an issue, contact us as soon as possible at support@rcpeptides.com.

Please include your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the package, shipping label, and products where relevant.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or handed over to the carrier. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
